• The Idlers unique Rock Shield design with tapered ribs ensures maximum water displacement which is one of the bigger factors in the reasons idlers fail because moving parts that are subjected to water tend to seize due to loss of lubrication
• The unique triple seal design ensures that no dust or water will reach the bearing as 2RS sealed bearing are used in conjuncting with our unique seal design thus increasing the longevity of the bearing and  giving the client a longer life span on the idler thus elieviating costly replacements of damaged belts as well as a cost saving in less downtime
• The idler is lightweigt and through our quality checks are free spining to ensure alow power use in the start up of your conveyor
• All idlers OD's are skimmed after the assembly process to ensure zero run out thus prolonging the life of the bearing
• Due to the unique design feature all bearings are aligned **0% thus ensuring the smooth operation of the idler at all times which is a factor to the extended life of the idler
• All idler pass through the final stages by have each one tested for free spin and in working condition before they set out to your production line
• All our idler are manufactured to SANS ***3 specificatios and conform to SABS complience tests
• We will produce the certificate at your request to see the ratings and final scores of the breakaway tests performed through SABS giving our idler scores that surpass many others
