Lamkin\'s Performance Plus 3GEN was created with a reduced taper to rein in a golfer\'s overactive lower hand for straighter, more controlled shots. The larger outside dimension in the lower section of the grip serves to help players hold off shots while still allowing the full release needed to shape the ball flight. The 3GEN all synthetic rubber compound adds the benefits of increased tackiness, greater UV resistance and improved vibration dampening. The medium firm, medium density pattern feels soft yet provides excellent lateral friction promoting a light touch and reduced hand tension through the swing.
