PET bottle recycling machine
PET bottle recycling machine includes crushing **- washing **-
drying systerms. According to dirty degree of the material, the
unit machine of the recycling line will be different.
Main machine description:
1) Bale opener: to open the PET
bale. The capacity reach ***0kg/h.
2) Matel detector: it can detact matel mixed in plastic
material.
3) Label remover: to remove labels and caps on the PET bottles. The
efficiency is that compressed bottle more than *5%, uncompressed
bottle *8%.(capacity *******0kg/h)
4) Plastic crusher: capacity is from *******0kg/h. Low power
consumption. Final PET flakes size is ****6mm.(it aslo can produce
according to buyer's requirement)

New Model)High speed friction washer: there
are three sections in this machine. one is dirty water dewatering,
second is clean water friction, third is friction dewatering.
