PE PP film recycling machine

This production line is specialized designed for crushing, washing and drying PE/PP film, agricultural film and so on.

According to capacity and dirty degree of the material, the unit machine in recycling line will be defferent.

Description for main machine:

1) Matel detector: to detect metal in the PE PP film.

2) Plastic crusher: to crush PE PP film into piece.

3) High speed friction washer: to remove stubborn stains on the material. It is new model machine. Compared with old model, it increaing new functions: a) dirty water dewatering. b) clean water friction washing. c) friction dewatering.

4) Dust removing machine: if your material is agricultural film with lots of dust on it, we will suggestion you adopt this unit machine.

5) Film squeezing machine: this machine is specialized designed for PE/PP film dewatering. The final moisture can be 3%. It can used in granulating machine directly.
