QUANTITY :

PRICE :
FOB USD*5 per metric ton (Standard) – Vietnam / Indonesia Ports.
Other types of shipment shall be negotiated upon direct request from the Buyer with official LOI.

PAYMENT TERMS :
**0% Conditional, Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, Divisible, Revolving Documentary Letter of
Credit (RDLC) payable from the Prime Bank acceptable by the Receiving Bank. Buyer’s L/C Verbiage
required for Seller’s Bank approval and acceptance.

PROOF of PRODUCT :
Full Proof of Product (POP) shall be provided after receipt of payment with Certification of Origin and
Quality as Guarantee.

DELIVERY :
within ****0days depending on the load of per shipment and time required for cargo preparations,
Buyer’s shipping arrangement and loading operations. Delivery will commence as per Contract Schedule
Shipment.

SHIPMENT :
Capacity load for Thang Long Jetty, City of Quang Ninh, Hanoi – Vietnam
Jetty Draft: 9.5 meter
*8,**0 metric tons (+/-) with 2 shipments per month
Loading directly at Port Factory Facility

Packaging Mode: Individual *0kg Loose bag without Jumbo Bag
and Bulk load of *5,**0 (+/-) metric tons per shipment with 2 shipment per month

AND

Capacity load for Cailan Port, City of Quang Ninh, Hanoi – Vietnam
*0,**0 metric tons with ONLY 1 shipment per month
Packaging Mode: Jumbo bag of *0 individual *0kg bags = 2 tons (maximum) on 1 Jumbo bag or as per
agreed by Buyer.
Both Ports Load Capacity as approved by Port Authority.
