After a satisfactory compliance, Seller
countersigns and sends a copy to the Buyer.Within Three (3) days or before,
Seller\'s Bank send a SWIFT MT**9
Pre-Advice including instrument ISIN Number
to Buyer\'s Bank.Within Two (2) days, Buyer\'s Bank replies to
Seller\'s Bank stating that they are Ready Willing and Able to
receive the instrument and sends a SWIFT MT**9
ICBPO to Seller\'s Bank.After receiving the SWIFT MT**9
ICBPO by the Seller\'s Bank, Seller\'s Bank delivers the instrument
via SWIFT MT**0 to Buyer\'s Bank.After authentication and
verification of the SWIFT MT**0 by Buyer\'s Bank, Buyer\'s Bank
releases the ICBPO and pays SWIFT MT**3. Hard Copy of the MTNs will be
delivered via Bank-bonded courier to the Buyer\'s Bank or any other
depository designated by the Buyer within Seven (7) banking days
after
payment .
