Performance
These machines of molding and packaging are entirely automatic.
The granulated sugar�is mixed with specific quantities of water�then send inside the mold.
Inside the mold the sugar is compressed inside cubic moulds to have the requested shape , and the manufacturer can change the shape of moulds according the shape he wants.
After this stage the lumps of sugar are transferred over the mobile chrome band trough the oven then the cooling unit to have ready lumps for packaging and use.
Finally the packaging process happens automatically, and it can also optionally be semi-automatic.
