1.�Application�

Oilwell Expansion packer*-K**4 Packer During�working,�no�mechanical�movement�is�needed�in�sealing�and�releasing.�So�it�has�advantages�to�be�used�in�

horizontal�and�deflecting�well.�It�is�widely�used�for�water�injection,�acidification,�plugging,�fracturing�and�other�

constructions.

2.�Structure�and�Work�Principle

K**4�steel�frame�packer�is�composed�of�lower�joint,�floating�head,�barrel,�center�tube,�inlet�and�upper�joint.�

The�barrel�has�three�layers�which�are�made�of�high�elasticity�and�strength�stainless�steel.

K**4�packer�is�with�hydraulic�expansion�and�fixed�by�hanging.�It�s�sealed�and�released�by�hydraulic.�Casing�

and�oil�pipe�annulus�is�sealed�by�expansion�of�barrel.

3.�Characteristics

1)�Big�expansion�coefficient,�small�diameter�rubber�barrel�can�seal�the�big�diameter�well.

2)�Easy�to�expanse�and�retract.�That�is,�easy�sealing�and�releasing.

3)�High�temperature�resistance:�**5�C~**0�C,it�can�reach�**0�C�according�to�special�requirement.
