�7. Complete production line for many kind of beverages (water,
carbonated/non-carbonated soft drinks, juices, teas, etc.) in
different kinds of PET bottles (0.**0L -� 2.**0L) with capacity up
to *2 **0 bottles/Hr;
�8. Complete production line for many kind of UHT beverages
(non-carbonated drinks, juices, teas, etc.) in multilayer aseptic
Tetra-Pak, with shelf-life up to *2 months. Capacity of this
production line is 2 **0 Lt/Hr ready for packing beverage, in
different kinds of volumes: 0.**0L - 1.**0L;
�9. Complete production line for UHT milk-beverage from powdered
milk (skimmed or whole) in multilayer aseptic Tetra-Pak package,
with shelf-life not less than 9 months. Capacity of this production
line is 2 **0 Lt/Hr ready for use milk beverage, in different
volumes: 0.**0L - 1.**0L;
Important remarks:
- Our production lines include all processing modules which are
necessary for obtaining of the finished product: preliminary
treatment, gassing/degassing, filtering, softening, mixing,
homogenizing, sterilizing, bottling, labeling, packing, etc., up to
the storehouse;
- Our production lines include all necessary auxiliary
parts/devices, as: compressors, chillers, evaporators,
vacuum-generators, steam-generators, ozone-generators,
PLC-controllers, monitors, sensors, cameras, terminals, servers,
etc., which are necessary for normal operation and controlling of
the entire technology;
- Our production lines provides all necessary spare parts and
consumables (for free!), which are necessary for installation,
commissioning, maintenance and normal operation of the entire
technology for the first year (*2 months);
- In our production lines are used elements of world leaders. The
main material used for surfaces is stainless steel SU**4;
- Our production lines meet all known and important sanitary and
safety requirements. They are automatic and need as much as
possible less to touching by hand;
- All production lines provides centralized control and monitoring,
*4/7 online remote access and controlling by Internet, including
video-surveillance;
- All production lines are NEW! They will be produced at the
request of the client, and can be supplied to its factory on terms
CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid to the place of destination);
- Installation, factory tests, commissioning, training, **-months
warranty and post-warranty service, spare parts and consumable are
available!
- According to the documentation, our company is a manufacturer and
supplier of all complete production lines, and the origin of these
production lines is Bulgaria, Europe;
