       Our main advantage is that we can guarantee the NON GMO (Hard IP) status of our lecithin.  We only use soy beans which are grown in our region (Russia\'s far east), and there has NEVER been any genetically modified soya grown here.  We have been audited by 4 large transnationals and are currently supplying their Russian plants.
