Egan Tyres offer a high quality recycled rubber crumb, produced at our plant using ground-breaking methods to shred and separate materials.
Our swift and efficient processes ensure our finished product is a consistent size, high quality rubber crumb.
Our product has been thoroughly scrutinised through a thermogravimetric analysis, conducted by \'Artis\', independent rubber consultants using  2mm and 1mm crumb samples, and tested for:

• Solvent extraction, in broad accordance with ASTM D**7
• Bulk composition in accordance with ISO ***4 part 2
• Ash composition by energy dispersive x-ray analysis
