Non-Negiotable Procedures :

A. Buyer issues Purchase Order
B. Seller issues contract
C. Upon signing of the contract, seller issues a CIQ Inspection Report, Certificate of Origin and Title Transfer Affidavit.
D. Upon receipt of the documents by the buyer, buyer makes an allocation guarantee deposit of 5% of the total value of the contract.
E. Upon confirmation of the Allocation Guarantee Deposit, seller transfers the title holder of the allocation to the buyers company name and issues the Diptest Authorization (DTA) alongside the full pop documents.
F. Upon the successful Q&Q test on the product, buyer pays the Commercial Invoice and pumping will commence immediately into the buyer\'s vessel.
