WHEREAS:Party A will send a BG OR SBLC Via transfer SWIFT MT**9 ICBPO Block Account or MT**0 POF Block Account to Party B. Party B confirms with full corporate and legal responsibility to accept the BG OR SBLC at his nominated bank account. Party A further confirms that the funds will be available to fulfill the requirements for the requested BG OR SBLC via SWIFT  Block Account instrument upon authentication and verification.

WHEREAS:Party A desires to transfer the aforementioned instrument to Party B. Party A represents and warrants that it has the ability and resource to arrange through associates, contacts and sources, with full corporate responsibility, financial instrument in the term of assignments to be provided to Party B. Party A hereby declares under penalty of perjury that the funds backing the BG OR SBLC will be good, clean, clear, and free of non-criminal origin, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and third party interest.
