Usage: For younger babies, I'm best squeezed into a clean bowl or onto a spoon. Older babies may enjoy slurping straight from the pouch. I'm best eaten chilled or at room temperature. My pouch should never be microwaved

Directions: Keep me in a cupboard or fridge. Once opened I can be kept in the fridge for *8 hours.
