applicable to the
cutting and connection of pipelines medium that are used in various
industries such as
petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, chemical fertilizer,
electric power industry etc
under nominal pressure of Class *******0 Lbs and working
temperature of –*9~**0°C.

Main structural feature:
1. It has logical structure, reliable seal, excellent performance
and nice design.
2. It has the structure of flip-chip balanceable pressure and light
on/off operation.
3. An oil groove is set between valve body and seal surface, which
may infuse the seal grease to increase the
seal capability.
4. The party material and flange dimension may be selected
according to current operating condition and
users requirement, so that meet the requirements of various
engineering.
The plug valves are available in regular, short or venture pattern.
These setms are defined in BS ***3, API 6D
and API **9. the different patterns vary as regards end-to-end
dimension and port area for a given size of valve.
Regular pattern valves have the largest port area. Short pattern
valves have a reduced port area as a
consequence of their compact face to face dimensions which are
identical to those for wedge gate valves.
Venturi pattern valves have a reduced port area and a flow path
approximating a venture shape to aid pressure
recovery. Face to face and end to end dimensions conform to ANSI B
*6.*0 and BS ***0.
