JSC \'DPL\' is a state-of the art foundry, specializing in cast-iron of different types, with a primary focus on the casting of the ductile iron. The range of castings weight spans from 0,2 kg to ***0 kg, employing the technologies of green-sand molding and Vacuum molding. Both processes are supplied by modern casting machinery from the world\'s leading supplier of foundry equipment - Heinrich Wagner Sinto VDT*6 for Vacuum molding process (V-process) and Heinrich Wagner Sinto FBO-II and Sintokogio FDNX for automatic flaskless molding. 

Our company produces molding cores and core boxes with its own core-shooting equipment working with shell-process and Resol-CO*-processes with the help of the machines Harrison ***6DS (double-station shell process) and Roeperwerk Kernschiessmachine Typ**5 (Resol-CO*-process). Highest quality of surface, unique precision characteristics and outstanding productibility of the equipment is proven by a wide variety of clientele from all around Europe.
