Based on the rotor separator, O-X high efficiency vortex separator is greatly improved by further bringing in the suspension-dispersion and level vortex technology of O-Sepa separator. Its the upgraded product of rotor separator featured by better dispersion, classification and collection, higher separation efficiency and stable performance. Its mainly applied to the classification of raw materials or clinkers in the cement plant. It constitutes the cyclic grinding system together with the ball mill, mainly applied in the cement, chemical and metallurgical industries.

 

 

 

Working Principle:

 

 

 

Materials enter from the feeding pipe to the rising airflow through dispersion plate. The medium fragments fall down by gravity by overcoming the resistance of the rising airflow and are discharged from the outlet. The airflow mixed with the powder rises up to the classification part and to the rotor through the guide vane for classification. Guide vane not only enables airflow and particles to revolve, pre-classifies and collects coarse particles thrown out by the rotor but also can keep uniform speed of airflow at the height of the rotor. Those coarse particles fall back to the cone and are discharged from the outlet. The fine particles and the airflow enter into the middle part of the rotor through rotor blades and then will be sent to the collector.
