Specifications : 
The specs will be as per Tanzania cashew Board and as follows:

1. Shall be mature Nuts with audible cracking sound when dropped on hard surface, clean, free from admixtures and shall have been thoroughly sun dried immediately after harvesting for at least 3 days consecutively.

2. There shall also not be included any pitted, shrivelled, immature or damaged nuts

3.Having nuts with defective count less than *3%

4. Nuts shall have grey or light brownish shell without wrinkles.

5. Moisture content shall not be more than *2%

6. Nut count per one kilogram shall range from **0 to **5 and 

7. Shelling out-turn ,\'SHOT\' shall not be less than *8lb per *0kg bag
