Jinda\'s kation silver antibacterial & deodorant staple fiber is processed by adding our patented antibacterial masterbatch made out of kation silver antibacterial powder when spinning. Due to adding before spinning and cross deformed section design of fiber, its fabrics have long-acting antibacterial effect, high water absorbency and perspiration property

How to Use
1.    This fiber can directly be spun into antibacterial non-woven fabrics or antibacterial yarns, as well as blending with cotton and spandex by certain proportion into antibacterial yarns.
2.    The weaving and dyeing process of this fiber is similar to that of ordinary polyester, except that dark fabrics especially brown and black should be picked when dyeing in order not to affect the antibacterial property of fabrics. 
3.      
This fiber is hygroscopic and perspiring silk, that should be treated skillfully and then finished by hydrophilic softening agent, in order to strength the absorbency and perspiration function and ensure the antibacterial performance.
