Procedures:
1. - Seller issues FCO to buyer with partial POP for reference. Buyer endorse and returns FCO and draft DLC to the seller
2. - Seller sends draft contract, Buyer will amend Draft contract sign, seal and return.
3. - Buyers bank issues irrevocable transferable Documentary Letter of Credit
4. - If desired Buyer visits sellers warehouse or factory
5. - Seller issues Proof of products as follows (third party documents allowed)
          - Company registration certificate
          - Commitment to supply
          - Confirmation of product availability
          - Export license
          - product certificate of origin
          - Certificate of examination (quantity and quantity analysis) by relevant government department
          - Copy of approval to export, issued by relevant government department
6. -  Seller organizes independent inspection by SGS after discussion and approval by buyer.
       The inspection shall be conducted in the presence of the buyer\'s representatives.
7. -  Loading product of board, shipping company issues BL to seller, Seller sent BL to buyers bank by        DHL
8. -  Other documents to be provided by seller:
a. -  Packing list by seller, indicating gross and nett weight of bundles
b. -  Assay certificate by SGS
c. -  OFIDA declaration allowing free export from the country of origin
