FOR COPPER CATHODES CONGO ORIGIN ,
Offering **0 MT initial delivery, then up to ***0 MT per month x *6 months, with rolls and extensions.

Seller shall deliver the Goods under the delivery conditions " Ex-Warehouse Bridge Shipping and C. Steinweg Bonded Warehouse/or equivalent/ ( segregate storage SGS) as defined in INCOTERMS ***0, with the latest amendments and revisions.

The price for the Goods is **8% off LME.

After verification performed by SGS/ALFRED KNIGHT, in order to ascertain that the product is stored and segregated to the order of Buyer as per contract, the Buyer will pay **0% of Commercial Invoice value to the Seller, within 3 working days after all the above documents have been confirmed and payment made of xxxxxUSDs by TT/MT**3

. PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION:

The seller shall provide with the consignment a packing list. Each pickup shall be identified with all appropriate agreement of sale and purchase references, including codes and numbers. Seller must provide the following documents to the Buyer:

     a.Commercial invoices (3/3)
     b.Transport documents from the point of origin.
       c. Certificate of origin.
        d.Certificate of Ownership.
        e.Export license.
        f..Assay certificate duly signed by inspection authority.
         g.Analysis and weight certificates - Inspection report by DRUM RESOURCES AFRICA at    Buyers costs.
         h.Irrevocable Bridge Shipping Warehouse release.
