This high-performance, compact omsom clamping unit can generate high hydraulic pressure from compressed air. The air/hydraulic balance design maintains a constant pressure without consuming any energy. At the balanced condition, there is no air consumption so that there is no power loss or temperature rise compared to an electric pump. in the event of an air supply failure, the hydraulic pressure shall be retained by the check valve built-in the discharge side. Once pressure is lost, the unit immediately responds to pump up the pressure to the designated level. Also, the sound of the pumps can warn the operator of oil leakage in the circuit. as opposed to a booster (intensifier), the volume of oil deplored is not limited to a single stroke, but continuously supplied until the oil pressure reaches the rated level, which makes the current series ideal for a wide range of clamping applications. discharging hydraulic pressure can be adjusted by controlling the air pressure.
