Brief Introduction:

Capacity: 90 ton/year      Each car plate weight: 1kg
Based on 8 hour/days, 300 days/year.
It needs about 4 workers to finish the work.
The machine line dimension is 30000x6000mm. (Reference)

Production process of car plate making:

1. Make the titanium alloy sheet straight.
2. Clean and dry the titanium alloy sheet.
3. Put the lamination on the car plate.
4. Collect the waster material.
5. The semi-assembly products are finished.
6. Car plate forming with hydraulic machine.
7. Hot stamp the car plate.
8. Add the hot plate laser marking.

Note: Supplier will dispatch some engineers to buyer site when machine reach buyer\'s factory if the buyer needs. The engineers do the installation with buyer\'s local labors, and then guiding and training the buyer\'s workers operate and repair the equipment.
