purchase Iraqi crude oil for refinery not to resale or marketing it
as commodities .. the company must submit internationally certified
documents . SOMO requires the following documents from the company

إن إي شركة نفطية كي تكون مؤهلة للتعاقد على شراء النفط الخام من
مؤسسة (سومو) يجب ان يكون غرضها من شراء للتكرير وليس للتجارة به ويجب
ان تكون للشركة مواصفات وقياسات دولية معروفة وتطلب (سومو) من مثل هذه
الشركة تقدم أولا المستمسكات التالية لإثبات ذلك :-
1 مستندات تأسيس وتسجيل الشركة لدى السلطات والجهات المعنية في
بلدها .
1 documents of establishing of the company issued by the relevant
authorities in that country .
2 - الخبرة السابقة للشركة ونشاطها وأنواع العمل والمواد التي
تتعامل بها ( C.V )
*- the company's C.V showing its past experience and activities and
type of commodities it deals with .
3 العقد التأسيسي للشركة وأسماء مدراء ها .
3 the charter of the company and names of its mangers .
4 كتاب إسناد من مصرف معروف تتعامل معه الشركة مؤيداً قدرة الشركة على
مثل هذا التعاقد .
*-acomford letter from a recognized bank which the company deals
with and showing the company ability to enter this deal .
5 مواصفات المصفى الذي تملكه او تستأجره الشركة وحجمه وطاقته
الإنتاجية باليوم او السنة ومصدق من وزارة الخارجية لبلد المصفاة
.
*- the date about the refinery the company owns or has rented and
its size and capacity daily & yearly ..
6 كتاب طلب من الشركة موجه الى (سومو) لطلب تخصيص الكمية المطلوبة
التي يجب ان تتناسب مع الطاقة المصفى .
*- an application letter from the company addressed to SOMO asking
for the quantity it wants to purchase
7 جميع مستندات أعلاه ( خصوصا الصادرة من الشركة الطالبة لتسجيل في
السومو ) يجب ان تكون مصدقة من وزارة الخارجية لبلد الشركة او السفارة
العراقية لبلد الشركة وبالأختام الحرارية .
*-All the above documents specially the once submitted by the
company must be approved and certified by the foreign ministry of
the country also by Iraqi embassy in that country by the original
seal and stamps .
*-تترجم جميع الأوراق أعلاه إلى العربية من خلال مكتب (يفضل في
العراق) ترجمة رسمي ومعترف به لذا نقول في العراق أفضل .
*- all the documents must be translated to Arabic languages
by registered certified translation office ..SOMO prefers these
documents be translated to Arabic inside Iraq by certified Arabic
translator
9 تصدق جميع هذه الأوراق في البنك المركزي العراقي ووزارة الخارجية
العراقية .اي في العراق .
نكرر يجب ان تكون أختام الشركة الطالبة للتسجيل في سوموا ختام
حرارية
للعلم اي تقديم جديد الى سومو لطلب شراء نفط الخام تجري العملية اعلاه
من جديد حتى وان كانت الشركة مسجلة سابقاً في سجل وحتى لو كانت الشركة
قد حصلت عل عقد نفطي سابقاً من سومو
لذا يجب ان تكون الأوراق الشركة مع تصديقاتها updated
أهم مرحلة هي مرحلة التأكد من المصفاة التي تقدمها الشركة فيجب ان
تكون الشركة اما مالكة او مساهمة او لها حصة في المصفاة بخلاف ذلك لا
تتم العملية .صيغة إقرار أو ضمان الحقوق يتم الاتفاق عليها بعد
التأكيد من الأوراق الشركة .
*- all these documents must be certified by central bank of
Iraq in Baghdad also by Iraqi foreign ministry in Baghdad .
We confirm again the certification's and seals and stamp's must be
original copies not accepted .
All the companies must submit all new documents and application
regardless if the company has pervious approval or has assigned
contract with SOMO in past .. all they have to re apply and start a
new process for that companies documents must be a new and update
the most important documents to be verified is all documents
approves the owner ship and belongings of the refinery the company
must proof that the company is the sole owner or share holder
or partner in the refinery to do this the company must submit in
original certified copies of all documents
