1.Model Y**1Compression Packer is a retrievable, Compression set packer, designed to hold pressure from below. This economical Compression packer is for wells where sufficient setdown weight is available to utilize a set down packer. This packer can be used in water flood, oil production or treating applications. They are available for 4 1/2 through 7 casing.
2.The packer is a self-sealing packer,which mainly relis on the interference contact of the cup and the casing to pack off the annular between the tubing and the casing . This packer canbe run with cups opposing or in the same direction depending on the application.Simplicity of design, rugged construction, and low cost; make the product attractive to the operator for a wide variety of applications.
