Description
We would like to take the opportunity to inform you
that we can secure an official supply contract of *0 million
Barrels per month for *2 months of Iraqi crude oil (Kirkuk
oil).
~*- The supplier is the Ministry of Natural Resources KRG-IRAQ
*- The available quantity is up to *0 million barrel per month for
*2 months renewable
*- Price is $4 less than the market price
*- Commissions is $2 from the discounted price in point 3 above
*- The buyer should have a refinery or the right to use a third
party refinery which is mandatory.
*- Required documents are :
a- Letter of Intent from the buyer to the ministry above mentioning
the monthly required quantity and for how many months
b- Company profile
c- Financial Capability letter
d- NCND agreement to protect the rights of mediators.
*- All documents to be sent to us on both soft and hard copies.
*- Prices are FOB Gehan Port of Turkey.
*- Payments by LC
**- Supply to start 4 weeks after signing the contract.
**- If the buyer is approved by seller, an invitation letter will
be sent for price negotiation and signing the contract.
**- Signing the contract shall take place in the ministry
headquarter in Erbil.
