The power, drawworks and
transmission of XJ**0, XJ**0, XJ**0, XJ**0 and XJ***0 whole series
of workover rigs all are installed on the carrier, quick and
convenient for moving and installation. The off-road performance of
chassis is strong and operation is stable and reliable, meeting
various workover operation requirements of different well depth.
Such series of workover rig is mainly composed of self-propelled
chassis, power and transmission mechanism, drawworks system, mast,
hydraulic, air and electric system, etc. Both the chassis traveling
and operation mechanism on carrier are driven by the carrier
engine. Series of production line, flexible
configuration, meeting various operation needs of workover
operation. Mast and operation mechanisms are all
installed on the chassis, easy and quick for moving and
installation. Self-propelled chassis is adaptable to
complicated oil field roads with strong off-road
capacity. The chassis traveling system and working
mechanism on carrier are taken power from the carrier engine via
the transfer case, with simple and reliable
structure.
