The electric drive system is added into the
dual-power workover rig on basis of traditional diesel driven
workover rig, realizing the diesel engine and electric power
dual-power drive. The dual-power workover rig can not only be
driven by the motor alone, but also driven by the diesel engine
alone. According to the technical requirements of
workover equipment, the whole set of equipment of dual drive
workover rig is installed on the vehicle chassis, integrating the
engine, speed regulating system and operation control system
organically and realizing the integration of machine, electricity,
hydraulic and intelligent automation control. The motor can realize
the positive and negative rotating stepless speed regulating, with
features of large starting torque, simple structure, energy saving
and environmental protection, good controllability and low
maintenance costs, etc.
