General introduction as below:
Emulsified asphalt is means the asphalt,emulsifier and water together under the certain process to become liquid asphalt which is oil in water or water in oil condision .
 
Emulsified asphalt is normally used at high temperature of asphalt road, through mechanical mixing and chemical stability method - emulsification, diffusion into the water and liquefaction at room temperature to become a very good a road building material which with low viscosity and good liquidity function.It can be used under common temperature and also can be used togetehr with cold and wet stone material.
 
Our New asphalt emulsifier including cationic rapid setting, cationic medium setting, cationic slow setting and nonionic emulsifier for remixed formulation/compounding.Our products can solve your needs of emulsification and application requirements by different schemes, there are several optional basic type, can be used alone and also can be based on the need to meet with the complex use of emulsifiers with different promoting coagulation requirements of asphalt emulsion, let the asphalt particles uniformly dispersed in the water solution which mixing with emulsifer then to get the stable emulsion.
General dosage: about 0.3%*0.5% in the preparation of emulsified asphalt.
Remark:
1.cationic emulsifier needs to be compounded with nonionic emulsifier,rate:1:1;
2.nonionic emulsifier is always using together with cationic emulsifier not use separately.
3.6D***2L,2D**2L,3D**2L,3BO*3L can be used together based on your own request. For example,2D**2L*3BO*3L can make the speed of demulsification slowed down; 2D**2L*6D***2L can make the speed of demulsification quickly.
4.This series of products can be used directly, no need to add acid.
 
General application:
1. Can be used in conventional emulsified asphalt preparation
2. Preparation of cold mix type and high content of emulsified asphalt (instead of hot asphalt),
Can be added in the process of asphalt concrete production

1.6B***2L  cationic rapid setting
2.2B**2L cationic medium setting
3.3B**2L   cationic slow setting
4.3BO*3L  cationic super slow setting
(above four types:can be used for emulsification of asphalt and SBS)
5.3BO*1L  cationic slow setting rapid coagulating**-Suitable for micro surfacing construction (can be coagulated during about 1 hours)
6.SM3BL nonionic emulsifier***-Co-emulsification
