ServSafe Classes Available Now. If you are a Restaurant Manger, work in Travel Hospitality or any aspect of food service get certified now. The ServSafe certification is issued by the National Restaurant Association and is accredited by the ANIS. The ServSafe class is a one day course which includes instruction, the ServSafe 6th edition text book and the exam. The entire course is $**5.*0 which includes lunch for the day, as well as a lincensed instructor and proctor to administer the exam. It doesn't matter what state you organization is located we can accommodate with on line instruction and testing.
