Procedure















1)       Seller issues draft contract and Seller & Buyer sign contract which shall then become a legal & binding document  after it has been signed and stamped by both parties



 



2), Buyer is welcome in Dar es Salaam to:



a)- Verify the existence of the goods and authenticate the documents of the goods



b)-witness the smelting of the Gold  



     c)-take a sample and seal the box back to the seller and test the sample at the



         Local government lab.



 



3)If the test result proved to be positive, buyer will  buy only 2 tickets  for our 2  representative to accompany the our Gold to  buyer destination



 



 



5) The seller will smelt gold dust (nuggets) into bar at seller expenses (if buyer wants it in bar before shipment)



 



6) The seller and the buyer flight together with the gold dust or (bar) to Buyer destination



 



7)The seller accompany the gold dust or (bar) at buyer airport while the buyer clear the Customs with the exporting documents And move the gold dust or (bar) together to buyer refinery.
