Our Dry Ginger is well known for culinary, medicinal and spice purpose and we ensure the complete processing of cultivation of ginger and later drying it through our tedious and hygienic processes. The dried root or dried ginger is available as whole or sliced. Further these dry ginger are specially packed to retain its freshness, flavor, nutrients and aroma for a longer time.

Use

1. Warms the center and expels cold: Used to treat chest and abdominal pain and distention, and vomiting or diarrhea due to interior cold blocking the middle associated with deficiency or excess.

2. Restores Yang: Used to treat cold limbs and extreme weakness associated with devastated yang.

3. Warms the lungs and transforms phlegm: Used to treat cold Phlegm coughing and panting.

4. Unblocks the channels and stops bleeding: Used to treat bleeding associated with cold obstructing the channels.

Fresh or Raw Ginger promotes sweating and dispersing exterior cold. While Dried Ginger is more effective in warming Spleen and Stomach and expelling interior cold.

Topically, the fresh juice of ginger is used for treating thermal burns. The essential oil of ginger is used topically as an analgesic.

Ginger can counteract digestive disturbance. It contains the compound beta-sesquiphellandrene1 which kills cold virus (rhinovirus). Use anytime there is stomach upset, nausea or vomiting. Very effective for morning sickness. A small amount goes a long way.
