Description
QSJ series is developed and produced by Wanmei company. It's
special device for internal pipe clearing, so it.s very helpful for
equipment maintenance.
Application
It is used for flushing and cleaning of pipe system in hydraulic or
dynamical system in deferent industries. It uses high pressure
flushing solution to wash the whole pipe system of the newly
installed equipment or equipment after maintenance before their
normal operation.
Characteristics
QSJ adopts flushing solution with high flushing pressure and flow
rate, which helps flush and clean the whole pipe system quickly and
thoroughly.
The flushing agent can be water, oil or other liquid without acid
or alkali.
The outlet is equipped with pipes of different diameter, which can
be connected with equipment with different diameter inlet and to be
washed at the same time.
The flushing agent adopted can be recycled and reused.
The device is installed with over pressure protection unit and the
back flow is of normal pressure.
