Based on our extensive experience in phage display library construction and screening, scientists in Creative Biolabs have created several immunized canine antibody libraries, from which we have successfully isolated a number of high affinity antibodies using panning techniques. Through this strategy, we can generate custom monoclonal canine antibodies that have the potential for use in a wide range of biomedical applications including the treatment of malignant, infectious, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases in dogs, which paves the way for exploration of such applications in canine medicine.



As for antigens that are not suitable for immunization, we are also pleased to make a custom synthetic canine antibody library for you based on our full understanding of the canine antibody repertoires. We can take the major framework sequence of light chain heavy chain of canine antibody repertoires and then create mutations/variations in all 6 CDR regions (or 2 CDR3 regions). Combined with various mutation strategies, we can produce canine antibodies against any antigens, including those that are toxic and of no immune response in animals.
