Description

Appearance: whole peas, no solid clamps, light frost is acceptable, peas with lightly broken skin, but with partings not falling apart is also acceptable.
Consistency: when frozen - hard, tender  &   when defrosted - soft, mellow.
Colour: peas of color green, practically all in the same shade, peas of slightly different coloring also allowed.
Taste: Typical, foreign taste and odour is not accepted.
