PLEASE SEND US THE ICPO WITH THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE:

(CI-DIP AND PAY AND THEN CIF CONTRACT)

CI DIP & PAY TRANSACTION PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues ICPO with company registration certificate, Representative International 
  Passport copy and company profile.
2.End seller issue SPA & Commercial invoice to the buyer with Allocation Certificate and 
 passport proof of product.
3.Buyer signs and seals CI within *8hrs and return the signed CI&SPA along with the
 vessel information.
4.Seller will issue a letter of readiness to pump product to the buyer\'s tank farm along with
 the pipeline pre-injection report in *8hrs.
5.Subsequent to receipt of pre-injection report from seller, Buyers issue statement of 
 readiness to receive product to the vessel via pipeline to seller.
6.Subsequent to confirmation of the buyers statement of readiness. Seller commences to
 pump the fuel into the Buyer\'s vessel at the buyer\'s coast.
7.Subsequent to delivering of the product to the buyer\'s vessel. Seller issue Dip Test
Authorization to Buyer.
8. Subsequent to successful quality and quantity report at the buyer\'s cost, the Buyer makes
full payment for the product by MT**3/TT Wire in *4hrs. Seller transfers title of the product 
to the buyer.
9. Seller shall activate a (*2) Month Contract (SPA) WITH THE Buyer immediately after the 
complete execution of the Trial shipment.
