Inside the St. Johns Wort, there are two active substances which are called hypericin and hyperforin.
These two active substances can be used as a tranquilizer for symptoms of minor and moderate intensity of depression and increase the endurance of the metabolism against to stress , restore and stabilize the general mood changes including seasonal mood changes.
