Buyer reviews terms and conditions and issues irrevocable
Corporate offer via its assigned- attorney in Russia Federation to seller, if terms and conditions are accepted by buyer
Seller proceed and issues contract to buyer
Buyer amends, sign and return contract to seller for formal approval
Seller review signed contract and issues approval letter to buyer
Seller and buyer lodge contract with their respective banks
Seller issues full (POP) Proof of product to buyer which shall include the bill of lading, Q*8, SGS report, Injection report, Tank storage agreement, Tank storage receipt, Allocation passport certificate, Transaction code, Production and Product analysis report etc.
Buyer confirm full (POP) Proof of product documents and issues payment instrument to seller to guarantee initial shipment or total contractual shipments.
Seller and buyer negotiate final shipping schedule and commence shipment.



FOB ROTTERDAM/RUSSIA PORT:
The seller issues soft corporate offer to buyer.
 Buyer reviews terms and conditions and issues irrevocable.
     Corporate offer via its assigned- attorney in Russia Federation to seller, if terms and conditions are accepted by buyer.
       Seller proceed and issues commercial invoice, Dip-test authorization letter +  Full (POP) proof of product to buyer which shall include the SGS report, Injection report, Tank storage agreement, Tank storage receipt, Allocation passport certificate, Transaction code, Production and Product analysis report to buyer.
      Buyer conducts dip-test and makes payment for the goods and quantity if specification conforms to buyers requirement and loading commences.
