Payment Terms: Letter of Credit, or Cash under Escrow.
- With LC as payment, Buyer could use their own Bank to originate
the Non-transferable LC. Buyer agrees to paying the bank fees
associated with the redeeming of the LC on the 1st shipment .
2% PB is provided after funds. Succeeding deliveries (month 2
to *2) could be under standard LC at sight terms with no
fees.
- LC payment with 2%DCF after contract signature, no LC fees,
DCF refunded after LC clears, lower price.
- With Cash under Escrow as payment, Buyer deposits cash payment
to an Escrow account at JP Morgan Chase bank. Payment will
only be drawn after Clause 9 Documents are released to the
Buyer. No Documentary fee. 2% PB is provided.

Note: The commodity will be supplied by Seller. Contract shall be
between Buyer and Seller. Appropriate dates of delivery will
be incorporated in the Contract(s). Procedures will be
specified in the Contract(s).
