this platinum curing agent is one component,compared with two components platinum curing agent,it much convenient for using,reduce the time of mixing silicone rubber. also it has the following strengths:

2.the silicone rubber is complete non-toxic and tasteless after cured,and the products with high transparency and well anti-yellowing.the finished silicone products can pass the certificates of LFGB,FDA,ROHS etc.

This agent are mainly applied to food grade and medical grade silicone products, such as silicone tubes etc.

application ration: 1.0%~1.5% (depending on different silicone rubber materials and products)
curing temperature: depend on silicone products
suggestion mold temperature:**5~**5°C.
curing method: according to a certain proportion, mixing together with the silicone rubber evenly,after cool down,vulcanization and forming.

note:(very important):
1.when you receive the agent in the first time,pls put the platinum agent cold storage,when take out from freezer,the agent should be finished no more than 4 days.
2.temperature of mixing machine which used for mixing silicone rubber with this agent can not be higher than *5°C.
3.avoid to contact with nitrogen, sulfur, lead and other substances,they will cause dead materials
4.pleas choose the suitable raw materials for hot air vulcanization, bad raw materials will cause bubbles.
