                 ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadien Styrene)
 
Description:
ABS is a copolymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile, and butadiene latex. Its heat and solvent resistance properties are better than HIPS and it has gloss characteristics. ABS plastic pellets,Because acrylonitrile has stronger nitrile polarity, it can enhance the interaction of the PS in the molecular chain. Therefore, its impact strength, tensile strength, and plastic surface hardness are better compared to those of HIPS.
 
ABS  Properties:
1) ABS resin has the characteristics of high strength, low weight. Appearance of opaque, is light ivory, non-toxic, tasteless,
 
 2)ABS resin  has both the characteristics of tough, hard, just slow combustion, the flame is yellow, have black smoke, plastic softening after burning, burning, issued a special smell of cinnamon, but no molten dripping phenomenon. Is one of a common engineering plastics.

3. High flow grade: housings of phones, culators, stereos, typewriters. Cast of chairs, toys, motorcycles & sanners.
4. Heat resistant grade: parts of cars, electrical appliances and dryer, TV housing.
5. Metl plating grade: wheel cover, knobs, tags, door handle of regriginator, cassettes.
6. Transparent grade: plates, drawers & plates in refrigiratos, laboratory containers, batteries housing.
7. Extrusion grade: extrusion products, crash helmet, pipes, suitcase, plates, inner box of regrigerator.
8. Self-extinguishing grade: flame retardant materials, housing of TV, computers & VCR.
 
Packing: 
Product is packaged by the double layer inside and outside with product certification, the outer plastic bags, sealed inner plastic film bags.
Indicated on the packaging: manufacturer\'s name, address, registered trademarks, product names, product standards, model, net weight..
 
Storage:
Should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture, exposure, storage and transportation to avoid contamination, storage period is  one year, after which they passed the test can still be used.
