The Cape Fish, Wet Salted Fish is produced in the traditional way, and exclusively from fresh raw materials, which have never been frozen. In the production we use fresh and clean sea water, and only natural sea salt, imported from Ibiza. The quality of both water and salt are quality approved every day.
