4) seller releases cargo documents and intruct captain to send NOR ETA to buyer, vsl sail to ****2NM Ghana water for Q & Q�
5) Upon arrival captain announces to tema harbor master & issue MATB/CL to board for Q & Q
6) After Q & Q report send to buyer and seller, seller puts MT **3 for entire cargo reply
