Dear Sir,

I am approaching and writing to companies that may be interested in buying approximately 2 million pieces of brand new, packaged liquidated (bankrupt) stock. 

The items are mixed "bathroom, heating and plumbing " accessories, ranging from shower screens, shower trays, ceramic pottery, taps, basins, high end gloss modular bathroom cabinets, heating items (boilers), various power tools, steel, copper & plastic piping, just to name a few. 

There are too many to list individually, but I have attached an inventory list of all the items to be disposed of for your information. We also have a selection of photos of the stock taken at random and I am attaching the .zip folder to this email, for your viewing. 

The location of these goods where they are kept in dry, modern warehouse storage facilities is in europe and the genuine buyer will of course be afforded the opportunity to visit in person to inspect and visualise the goods before purchasing. 

There are only 2 conditions to this offer, as has been relayed to me by my contact : 

(1) The buyer must purchase the entire lot (2 million pieces) in 1 transaction. No splits in stock will be entertained or negotiated

(2) The seller will allow a period of 4 calendar months to empty and vacate the current warehouse storage facilities after receiving payment.  Anytime time beyond this time will incur rental charges to be negotiated.

My role, within this offer to sell these goods, is as an agent, acting on behalf of the sellers main contact and his joint venture partners and the buyer. There are 5 in total, including myself, and any genuine interested buyer will be afforded the opportunity to sit and negotiate the final buying price with the rest of the team.

Due to the large volume of quantities, they have been grouped together in sets by the official receiver and despite seeking further clarity on the matter, unfortunately, this has not been forthcoming and the language barrier does not help either. 

However,  I am are more than willing (and they are quite happy to accomodate this), to arrange an inspection of the goods, with a view to a meeting with the sellers and seeking first hand information on the precise quantities and also allowing the prospective buyer to satisfy him/herself  as to the genuine quality of the goods. 

Of course, in order to avoid time being wasted on both sides, we would agree to this course of action only, once an agreement is reached in principle with the prospective buyer making an offer on the buy price and the seller accepting. Naturally, any offer buy price would be on a no obligation basis at this stage. 

Once a deal is agreed in principle, our team will travel to the storage facilities and undertake the compilation of an exhaustive detailed inventory list, on an item by item basis with individual photographs. We envisage this would take around *1 continuous days to complete working around the clock. 

We are looking to dispose of these items quickly and hence are willing to be flexible to offer a keen price for each unit (piece). 

Only serious, interested, genuine potential buyers, who have the financial standing to purchase 2 million units, are invited to make contact in the first instance.
