compatibility  It can be used in the same dye-bath with most of the non-ionic and cationic textile auxiliaries commonly used in resin finishing; it can be shared with these additives commonly used in finishing; when this product is shared with other products, it is recommended to carry out pre-test.

General stability    Stable in hard water, stable to metal salt, unstable in alkaline medium.

Storage stability    It can be kept at *0℃ in a closed vessel for two (2) years. The product is not sensitive to low temperature, but sensitive to temperature above *0℃.

SPECIFICATION / FUNCTION  

For various easily-slippage yarns, the slippage resistance can be improved, especially for regenerated cellulose fiber synthetic or synthetic fiber linings. The sewing strength also can be increased.

After finishing, fabric batch cracking and increase tear strength can be reduced or avoided. Especially, it is with good repair effect on batch cracking caused by excessive amount of alkali or silicone oil. Slippage resistance and sewing strength of yarns are greatly improved. Pilling propensity is reduced. Fabric can be given a normal soft feel, dry dirt absorption is reduced.

APPLICATION

The liquid is neutral or weak acid. The process depends on other products in the solution. For softeners, silicone repellents and additives, they are lubricating, the amount of these products should be kept to a minimum.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - *5°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than *0% when without use.

Shelf life:     months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.
