The main axis of the crusher is changed from traditional motion type to fixed type so as to provides enough space for lengthening the main axis diameter. Structure Feature and performance
1.the main axis is fixed on the lower frame, and which is twined around by the eccentric bushing. The adoption of this structure can provides enough space for lengthening the diameter of the main axis. When the diameter of the main axis is lengthened, which can withstand higher impact load so as to realize high energy and efficiency.
2. Due to the eccentric bushing rotates around the fixed main axis the rotation speed is apparently improved 50% higher than the original crusher of the same specification. The adoption of large eccentricity bring the cone crushing has large stroke and high rotational speed to emerge higher crushing kinetic energy causing the fine particle content of the product is significantly increased.
3. The high rotational speed of eccentric bushing increases the crushing frequency for the ore from feeding to discharging, which improves the content of mediate and fine particle material in the product, meanwhile as the crushing frequency is increased the mantles angle can also be increased so that ore is discharge more smoothly and improve crushing efficiency and production.
4. High rotational speed, large stroke, the high impact frequency for ore creates the high content of cubic material and average grain, which can satisfy with the strict requirement of road project, construction works and hydropower.
5. The standard and short-head crushers are respectively equipped with coarse, medium or fine chamber, which can satisfy with the requirements of different granularities and products. The special structure of mantles and concaves is easily used for quickly maintaining. The replacement of liner adapting-ring can realize the conversion between different chambers.

The main body is equipped with large quantities of lubrication stations (125, 250, 400 liters/min) so that all friction pairs are fully lubricated to meet the requirements of high-strength crushing. The lubricant station is equipped control instrument which is used for monitoring the oil temperature and pressure and alarm.
