Description:        Sodium Erythorbate (also known asSodium D-Isoascorbate, Sodium Isoascorbate) isis prepared from the biological fermentation of glucose; its standard number is GB 8273-2008. A white crystalline powder or granules. In the dry state it is reasonably stable in air, but in solution it deteriorates in the presence of air, trace metal, heat and light.
