DGZ****0 Plate Loaded Super Squat simulates a variety of lower-body squatting exercises without the use of a free-weight bar. Can be used both face-in and face-out. Features an oversized footplate, comfortably padded shoulder pads and plate storage pins. With Super Squat, users will find it very easy to load and unload weight with easy-to-access weight stacks and arms. 
Super Squat is designed to have a natural squatting motion, while reducing back and knee strain through a curved arc of motion. It also employs a standard counter balance for lower starting resistance.
