Description

The XS**3 single drum vibratory road roller is a medium-sized vibratory roller. It is mainly suitable for the compaction of foundation, sub-base and filling of various materials. It is suitable for compaction operations such as concrete, stabilized soil, pebbles, sandy soil, and sticky soil. It is an ideal compaction device for the construction of high-grade highways, airports, ports, and embankments.

1. Equipped with Dongkang water-cooled engine, with large power reserve, low fuel consumption and low noise, in line with national II emission standards.

2. Closed hydraulic system consisting of imported variable pump variable motor ensures that the roller has good driving performance and high gradeability. Four-speed stepless speed change ensures optimum operation at different speeds.

3. It adopts imported medium-sized drive axle with anti-slip differential to automatically realize torque distribution according to road conditions, ensuring that the roller can exert its maximum traction under various working conditions.

4. The imported variable pump variable motor is used to form a closed hydraulic system. The dual-frequency and double-width, scientific and reasonable static load and excitation force configuration ensure effective compaction of different types of materials and different thicknesses.

5. The vibration wheel adopts the structure of the inner cylinder type vibration chamber. It has simple structure, high strength and good rigidity. It has dual-frequency dual-vibration function, static line pressure and excitation force are large, and the working efficiency is high. The vibration bearing adopts special vibration bearing.
