Description

This product is designed for the production of fresh egg liquid. It operates by opening the egg shell, allowing the egg white and egg yolk to flow into the egg liquid tank, while the egg shell is collected in a separate container. The height of the special egg beater can be adjusted to accommodate eggs of different sizes, ensuring that the eggs are fully opened. This equipment utilizes a touch screen control interface, providing information such as the number of eggs, egg speed, and can be adapted to various egg specifications.

There are two key functions of this equipment:

1. Continuous eggshell breaking function: This function replicates the manual process of breaking eggshells. The egg liquid remains uncontaminated as it does not come into contact with any broken eggshell fragments. This process ensures a high level of hygiene.

2. Continuous separation of egg white and yolk function: Using the gap separation method, this function continuously separates the egg whites and yolks and diverts them to their respective containers. As per requirement, an egg white and egg yolk separation device can be installed to further process the separated components through a separation tank.
